Professional, on-site Media Day portraits designed for banners, social media, announcements, and team marketing—without disrupting your normal schedule.

This is a limited Media Day offering for youth sports programs looking for a clean, efficient, and organized experience that works for coaches, families, and athletes.

Media Day slots are limited and scheduled on a first-come basis.

Teams must meet participation requirements and submit a Team Media Day Fee to secure a date.

$200 (non-refundable)
Paid once by the organization to secure the Media Day date.

Includes:

• On-site studio setup and planning
   
• Coach headshots
   
• One image per athlete for team banner and social media use
   
• Banner-ready team PDF file

$75 per athlete

Includes:

• Individual Media Day studio session
   
• Guided posing
   
• 2 professionally edited digital images
   

Minimum participation:
A minimum of 7 athletes must purchase the individual package for Media Day to proceed.

Individual athlete packages are purchased separately by families.

All individual payments are due no later than 72 hours prior to Media Day.
Late or day-of payments are not accepted.
 

If fewer than 7 athletes complete payment by the deadline, the organization may:

• Cover the difference to meet the minimum, or
   
• Cancel Media Day (the $200 Team Media Day Fee is retained)

One professional headshot per coach is included.

Additional athletes may be added by families for $50 per athlete.
Includes 2 edited digital images per additional athlete.

The studio is brought directly to your facility and scheduled around practices, evaluations, or team events already on the calendar.

Everything is designed to be efficient while still delivering professional results.

No makeup days or rescheduled sessions are available.

Final images are delivered through a professionally curated online gallery.

• Printing and promotional needs
   

Digital files provided. Printing not included.

A coach or team representative must submit the Media Day application.
Accepted teams will be contacted with next steps, scheduling details, and payment instructions.
